We guarantee live arrival on all livestock.
If any livestock arrives dead (DOA), please follow these steps:
• Take clear photos of the dead livestock within 3 hours of delivery
• Take clear photos of the sealed bag
• Take clear photos of the livestock inside the bag
• Send all photos through eBay message within 3 hours of delivery
Failure to provide photos within 3 hours may void the DOA guarantee.
